Overview - This course will provide an overview of the legal framework of the 2013 version of the SGHA. Using examples, we will make links to the operational environment so as to better understand the impact of contractual obligations in operations. We will also make linkages to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Objectives - Using the most recent version of the IATA SGHA template, participants will gain an understanding of:
• The implications of contractual obligations in respect to liability
• Focus on requirements for standards of work and SLA
• Make linkages to requirements for SMS

Evaluation - Participants will be challenged with scenarios stemming from actual events as a way to conduct self-evaluation on their knowledge uptake.
